Tables, Chairs & Vendor Equipment Policy
All tables and chairs used inside the banquet hall must be provided by Castle Finn Vineyard & Winery.

Outside/vendor tables and chairs are NOT permitted inside the banquet hall under any circumstances

Vendors may not bring in substitute tables, chairs, bar furniture, or seating equipment for indoor use

This policy applies to all events, including weddings, receptions, parties, and meetings

Vendor-provided tables and chairs are permitted outdoors only, with prior approval
This policy ensures consistent layout, safety, and protection of our flooring and facility.
IHOUSE RULES – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
• ALL alcohol must be purchased through Castle Finn Vineyard & Winery.
No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises. This includes vehicles, coolers, bags, and outdoor areas. Any outside alcohol found will result in a $250 fine PER ITEM, and the event may be shut down immediately to protect our liquor license.
• Outside or vendor-provided tables and chairs are NOT allowed inside the banquet hall.
All indoor tables and chairs must be supplied by Castle Finn Vineyard & Winery. Vendor tables and chairs are permitted outdoors only, with prior approval.
• All bartenders must be Castle Finn staff.
All bartenders are BASSET-certified. Additional bartenders are available for an added fee.
• Event times are strictly enforced.

• Decorating, setup, and teardown must remain within contracted times.
Early access or extended time will be charged according to current hourly rates.

Approved non-alcoholic drinks must remain in original containers. Caterer-provided beverages are allowed with pre-approval only.

A list of approved vendors will be provided once your event is booked.
• Damage to the facility, furnishings, or grounds will be billed to the renter.
• Failure to follow these house rules may result in fines, loss of deposit, or immediate event termination without refund.
