Hourly Rentals – Friday & Sunday Only

(Excludes weddings and receptions)

Rental Fees

  • Before 6:00 PM: $125 per hour

  • After 6:00 PM: $175 per hour

Includes

  • Tables & chairs (indoors only)

  • Off-white tablecloths

  • One bartender

  • 1 hour free setup

  • 30 minutes teardown

Important Notes

  • Designed for showers, birthday parties, reunions, business meetings, and holiday parties

  • Any event exceeding the contracted time by 15 minutes will be charged a full additional hour

  • No prorated hours

  • Does not apply to package pricing below

Cash Discount

  • Pay in full with cash and receive 15% off

  • Discounted payments are non-refundable


Alcohol Information

  • Alcohol is not included in package pricing

  • Alcohol pricing ranges from $3–$22

  • We offer basic beer, hard liquor, and our house-made wines

  • Requests for specific brands are subject to distributor availability

  • All alcohol must be purchased through Castle Finn Winery

Package #1 – Basic Indoor Package

Includes:

  • Tables & chairs

  • Off-white table linens

  • One wine bartender

  • One beer bartender

Pricing

  • 1-Day Rental: $1,400 (10:00 AM until event end)

  • 2-Day Rental: $2,000

    • 6 hours the previous day + full event day

    • Setup times available: Noon–6 PM, 1–7 PM, or 2–8 PM

  • 3-Day Rental: $2,600

    • Includes cleanup day (Noon–5 PM)

    • Client responsible for sweeping & mopping


Package #2

Includes everything in Package #1 plus cleanup

  • 1-Day Rental: $1,650

  • 2-Day Rental: $2,250


Package #3

Includes everything in Packages #1 & #2 plus one additional bartender

  • 1-Day Rental: $1,750

  • 2-Day Rental: $2,350

Open Bar Requirement

  • Open bar events require an extra bartender

  • Additional bartender fee: $100

  • Open bar includes a 10% gratuity


Package #4 – Dry Event

$4,500

  • No alcohol served

  • Only non-alcoholic beverages sold by Castle Finn Winery

  • No outside beverages allowed

  • Exception: Caterer-provided drinks with prior approval


Package #5 – Private Rental

$6,000 (2-Day Rental)

Includes:

  • Packages #1, #2 & #3

  • Winery closed to the public

  • 6 hours the day before for decorating


Package #6 – Saturday on a Budget

$850

  • Event time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Decorating & cleanup during business hours

  • Maximum seating: 100 guests

  • After 6:00 PM: $175 per hour

  • Cash bar (open bar optional)


Package #7 – Sunday on a Budget (Micro Wedding)

$550

  • Event time: Noon – 5:00 PM

  • Decorating & cleanup during business hours

  • Maximum seating: 50 guests

  • After 5:00 PM: $175 per hour

  • Cash bar (open bar optional)


Package #8 – Monday–Thursday Events

Event hours: Noon – 9:00 PM
After 9:00 PM: $175 per hour

Pricing by Guest Count

  • Up to 50 guests: $500

  • 51–100 guests: $800

  • 101–200 guests: $1,350

  • Decorating begins at Noon

  • Earlier access available at $125 per hour


Booking & Payment Policy

  • 50% deposit required at booking

  • Deposits are non-refundable (no exceptions)

  • Cash payments paid in full receive 15% off (non-refundable)

  • No bar minimum

  • Extra bartenders available (all BASSET-certified)

Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited

  • $250 fine per item found

  • Violators will be asked to leave immediately

  • This policy protects our liquor license

Capacity

  • Up to 175 guests with dance floor

  • Maximum 200 guests indoors (table adjustments required)

  • Patio overflow available (tables & chairs must be rented)

Outdoor Weddings

  • Allowed

  • Tables & chairs not provided for outdoor ceremonies


Additional Information

  • Non-alcoholic beverages may be brought in with prior authorization

  • All vendors must carry liability insurance

  • Approved vendor list provided after booking

Tables, Chairs & Vendor Equipment Policy

All tables and chairs used inside the banquet hall must be provided by Castle Finn Vineyard & Winery.

  • Outside/vendor tables and chairs are NOT permitted inside the banquet hall under any circumstances

  • Vendors may not bring in substitute tables, chairs, bar furniture, or seating equipment for indoor use

  • This policy applies to all events, including weddings, receptions, parties, and meetings

  • Vendor-provided tables and chairs are permitted outdoors only, with prior approval

This policy ensures consistent layout, safety, and protection of our flooring and facility.

IHOUSE RULES – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

• ALL alcohol must be purchased through Castle Finn Vineyard & Winery.
No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises. This includes vehicles, coolers, bags, and outdoor areas. Any outside alcohol found will result in a $250 fine PER ITEM, and the event may be shut down immediately to protect our liquor license.

• Outside or vendor-provided tables and chairs are NOT allowed inside the banquet hall.
All indoor tables and chairs must be supplied by Castle Finn Vineyard & Winery. Vendor tables and chairs are permitted outdoors only, with prior approval.

• All bartenders must be Castle Finn staff.
All bartenders are BASSET-certified. Additional bartenders are available for an added fee.

• Event times are strictly enforced.
Any event exceeding the contracted time by 15 minutes will be charged a full additional hour. No prorated hours.

• Decorating, setup, and teardown must remain within contracted times.
Early access or extended time will be charged according to current hourly rates.

• No bar minimum is required.
However, open bar events require an additional bartender and include a 10% gratuity.

• Outside non-alcoholic beverages require prior authorization.
Approved non-alcoholic drinks must remain in original containers. Caterer-provided beverages are allowed with pre-approval only.

• All vendors must carry liability insurance.
A list of approved vendors will be provided once your event is booked.

• Damage to the facility, furnishings, or grounds will be billed to the renter.

• Failure to follow these house rules may result in fines, loss of deposit, or immediate event termination without refund.
