2024 Rental Rates *subject to change without notice

*Friday & Sunday Hourly

~Rental Fee: before 6pm:  $125.00 per hour 

~Rental Fee after 6pm:   $175.00 per hour.

~Includes: Tables & chairs indoors, off white tablecloths, and one bartender.

~ 1 hour free to set up, and 30 min to tear down.

 *excludes weddings and receptions. 

~This is meant for showers, birthday parties, reunions, business meetings, Christmas parties.

~Any party extending 15 minutes over the contracted time will be charged a full hour’s additional fee.  

~No Prorated partial hours. 

~Does not apply to below packages.

Below are packages to choose from, they do not include alcohol.  Alcohol ranges from $3-$22.

Package #1: 

Basic Package indoor only includes:  tables, chairs, off white linens for tables, one bartender for wine, and one bartender for beer side

1 day rental:  $1350.00 from 10am to end of your event

2 day rental:  $1950.00 (6 hours on previous day and 1 day rental)

Set-up times between noon-6pm, 1-7pm, 2-8pm, please choose 1

3 day rental:  Clean up day—$2500.00 cleanup starts at noon and must be completed by 5pm. Must sweep & mop

Package #2:

1 day rental: $1600.00 everything package 1 offers plus clean up fee

2 day rental: $2200.00 everything  package 1 offers plus clean up fee

Package #3:

1 day rental: $1700.00 everything in package 1 & 2, plus extra bartender.

2 day rental: $2300.00 everything in package 1 & 2, plus extra bartender.

However, if you choose to do an Open bar, the extra bartender will be mandatory extra $100 added on package 1 or 2.  Open bar also has a 10% gratuity added to the bill.

Package #4 Dry Event:

$4500.00 :  this is if you do not want any alcohol served.  Only non alcohol drinks will

be sold by us. Nothing can be brought in *exception if cater has drinks

Package #5 Private rental:

1 day rental:  $6000.00 includes packages1, 2 & 3, plus we close down to the public that day

2 day rental:  $6600.00 includes everything that 1 day rental includes plus 6 hours day before to decorate..

 Package #6: Saturday on a Budget $800

~Whole event takes place from 10am to 6pm. 

~Decorating to cleanup during our normal business hours. 

~Max seating 100

~After 6pm, cost is $175.00 per hour.

~Cash bar  (open bar can be an option)

Package #7: Sunday’s on a Budget  $500

~whole event takes place from Noon to 5pm

~Decorating to cleanup during our normal business hours

~Max seating 50

~After 5pm,cost is $175.00 per hour.

~Cash Bar (open bar can be an option)

Package #8: Monday Through Thursday Events

 ~50 people or less—$500

~51 to 100 people—$800

~101-200 people—$1350

*Decorating starts at Noon

~same rules apply from package 1

 

 

The banquet hall can be rented for any event big or small.  We do have hourly rates, all day rates or weekend rates.  Weddings/Receptions and all Saturday’s are a flat rate.   To book, we require 1/2 down at the time of booking and that is non-refundable, no exceptions as stated in the contract. We do not have a bar minimum.  In our rates, you will receive tablecloths, tables and chairs for indoors only, and a bartender included in your rental rates. **extra bartenders are available and all bartenders have their license to serve.  All alcohol must be purchased through us, as we are licensed the same as a bar. We have 5 different distributors that we get beer/liquor from, so if we catch alcohol brought onto the grounds, you will be asked to leave.  We do not want to lose our liquor license.    Call today to book your special event!  217-463-2600 or Sonya’s Cell 217-712-0253

Description of our Banquet Hall

Our banquet hall is 40’x60′ area. We have a stone fireplace on the South wall, and a stone bar. The rest of the room is open. There is a separate door that enters the banquet hall from the outside, and an exit door to the wine garden outside. If you rent our banquet hall, we will supply you with tables & chairs. The tables will have white tablecloths. We do have a beer & liquor license.  No outside drinks allowed, this means absolutely no alcohol on premises!  We will fine you $250.00 (FOR EACH ITEM FOUND) if you bring in drinks that are not purchased through us.   We are licensed exactly like a bar.  For your event & pre-authorization with Sonya, you may bring in non-alcoholic drinks in their original containers.

We can set up for 175 people indoors, and still allow for a  small dance floor inside the banquet hall.  We have had 200 people set up for dinner, but then taken down some tables to allow for dancing after dinner.  After tasting room hours, you may use this room as well for your party.  Max seating is 200 indoors, but overflow may be outside on patio.  But chairs and tables need to be rented for outside.

You may have an outdoor wedding, but we do not supply the tables/chairs for this.  You would have to rent them on your own.

**Marriage License come from Edgar County.  Even though we have a Clark County address, we are located in Edgar County.

 As a new rule in 2014, all vendors must have liability insurance.
